![]() CDR Tracy Vissia smiles, second from left. This salute is from LT John Miyahara to his friend LCDR Tracy Vissia. Tracy and I were stationed at COMNAVRESFORCOM (Navy Reserve Force HQ) in New Orleans. In January she was assigned to Afghanistan. Tracy is now serving in Afghanistan with US Navy and Army troops and is helping local governments develop basic government infrastructure and other various humanitarian projects. Tracy has been serving the Navy for over 15 years. She is a dedicated sailor who has served the USN in about every imaginable assignment. Tracy also has a great gift to relate to many different people in a sincere and outgoing manner. Everyone I know really loves her. Tracy is a great friend and is committed to helping Afghanistan build services for all of her people. Posted by: Salute to Troops May 22, 2009 Proud of the man you've becomePosted: 01:27 PM ET

This salute is from Aprille Caesar to her husband Mark Caesar. Their anniversary was this past Sunday. Staff Sergeant Mark A. Caesar, Jr. is stationed at Langley Air Force Base, VA to the 1st Contracting Squadron. Due to his professionalism, he has been awarded the Joint Meritorious Unit Award and has earned the Joint Commendation Medal. He has been awarded; Airman of the Quarter, NCO of the Quarter, a leadership award and Distinguished Graduate award. Sergeant Caesar will deploy again to the United Arab Emirates next month. He has been married to his college sweetheart, Aprille Caesar, for 10 years. Together they have a daughter, Destinee Caesar and a son, Anthony Caesar. Sergeant Caesar listens to Robin everyday while going to work. He says jokingly, "Ask her if I can have a T-Shirt or something like a coffee mug." Perhaps he's looking for a souvenir to take on his deployment. Thanks so much. We LOVE HLN!! Hopefully he'll see this before he deploys. =) - Aprille Caesar Posted by: Salute to Troops May 15, 2009 Salute to a good-hearted young manPosted: 04:32 AM ET
