Today’s salute is from Renata Guerrero for her son Corporal John Young. John arrives back home from his deployment today (Thursday, 12/23) and his family is very excited.

Renata writes:
This is my son CPL. John Young of the United Stated Marines. He has made me very proud of what he is doing. He has two sisters and 2 nephews and 1 niece. He is finally coming back into the states after being gone for 7 months. He assisted in the rescue of the German vessel. He has been in almost for 4 years, so this is his last deployment. He will be getting discharged in March of 2011. I am very proud of you and this will be a great Christmas, for you will be home!!
